We are pleased to share that Melina Llodrá participated as a lecturer in the LLM in International Business Law and Compliance and the CAS in AI and the Law programs at the Institute for International Business Law (IBL) of the University of Fribourg in Switzerland.
In this context, Melina delivered three intensive courses addressing key topics for today’s legal practice:
• AI and the Law: Ethics, focusing on the ethical challenges associated with the use of artificial intelligence and the importance of fostering responsible innovation grounded in transparency, accountability, and respect for human values.
• International Joint Ventures, exploring structures, risks, and strategic opportunities in negotiating cross-border partnerships.
• Agency and Distributorship Agreements, addressing the main legal and commercial considerations in these arrangements within international contexts.
The sessions provided a dynamic forum for discussion on current legal challenges in global environments, where regulatory complexity and technological innovation require strategic and interdisciplinary approaches.
