The Pro Bono Commission Visits Rosario: A Day of Engagement, Commitment, and Collective Action.

29 May 2025

At Llodrá Law, we are proud to have served as the local ambassador firm during the Pro Bono Commission’s first institutional outreach to the city of Rosario, Santa Fe.

It was an enriching day marked by meaningful dialogue and a shared commitment to an agenda that deeply resonates with our values.

This initiative — driven by the Federal Pro Bono Network — included the participation of Felipe L. M. Videla (Beccar Varela) and Tomás Rigo, who travelled as representatives of the Commission alongside our founder, Melina Llodrá. Together, they held key meetings with prominent institutions and stakeholders:
    • The Bar Association in Rosario
    • The Faculty of Law of the National University of Rosario (UNR)
    • The Undersecretariat for Social Economy of the Municipality of Rosario
    • Local lawyers and law firms at the Private Legal Practice Meeting

We were also honored to meet the UNR Law student team, winners of the 2023 Pro Bono Challenge, whose work exemplifies the transformative potential of committed legal practice.

Each encounter offered an opportunity to strengthen our shared purpose: to advance the pro bono agenda that the Commission has upheld in Argentina for over 25 years.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who made this visit possible, and especially to the Federal Pro Bono Network for their tireless work and for choosing Rosario as a meeting point. At LLODRÁ Law, we remain committed to building networks, promoting access to justice, and advancing a legal practice with purpose.
