Melina Llodrá has over 20 years of experience in advising international clients on cross-border projects, including complex M&A transactions. Before founding the firm (2019), Melina worked for more than 10 years as senior counsel at an international law firm in Geneva, Switzerland (LALIVE), leading complex corporate matters (mainly in Europe, MENA and the Americas). She has successfully led numerous complex cross-border M&A transactions and joint-ventures across various industries with a strong focus on energy, construction, infrastructure, TMT and maritime sectors overseeing deals from pre-transaction planning to post closing integration. Additionally, she has served as senior contract lawyer at the consulting firm McKinsey (Argentina), where she spearheaded the negotiation of innovative projects across LATAM, bringing a strategic and results-driven approach to high-stakes transactions.

In the field of compliance, she provides advice on cross-border projects, including design, implementation and management of compliance programs, and internal investigations. Melina has attained professional qualifications on international compliance (CCEP-I) with expertise in preventive compliance and both domestic and cross-border investigations. She received her law degree from the National University of Rosario (Argentina) and earned her LLM from the University of Illinois (U.S.A.) She is an officer at the Anticorruption Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), a member of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA), the Society of Compliance Ethics (SCCE), the Swiss Argentine Chamber of Commerce and the Argentine Association of Compliance and Ethics (AAEC). 

She has been a lecturer for several years for the Master of Business Law (LLM) at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) on International Joint Ventures, Agency, Distributorship Agreements and Business Ethics. She is regularly invited to speak at international conferences and has written numerous articles published every year by well-known institutions. She has participated in working sessions of the UNCTAD/WTO International Trade Centre (ITC) Pro-Bono Committee on International Commercial Model Contracts for Small and Medium Enterprises.

Maria Victoria Bonsembiante has more than 20 years of experience advising companies, including complex media mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining LLODRA LAW, she worked as a senior lawyer at the concessionaire of the port of Rosario (TPR S.A.), acquiring significant experience in the field of customs, maritime and shipping law. She has led numerous cross-border trade negotiations with the different operators of the port and different conflict management processes in the sector. She has worked for 10 years as legal advisor to the local executive power in the Secretariat of Control and Citizen Coexistence; in the Secretariat of Government and in the Secretariat of Planning, Public Works and Private Works. In the construction and urban planning sector, she has participated in several urban planning projects, leading strategic negotiations and participating in several restructurings.

She graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Argentina (Rosario) and obtained a Master's Degree in Business Law from the Austral University of Argentina (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires). She is a University Professor graduated from the Catholic University of Argentina (Rosario) and a Mediator.

She is currently a lecturer in the Master in Global Business Law at the Austral University (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires). Spanish (native), English and Italian (fluent).

Argentine lawyer graduated with honors from the National University of Rosario. She holds an international certification in compliance granted by the International Federation of Compliance Associations (IFCA). Additionally, she has completed an LL.M. in Compliance at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.

With broad experience advising local and international companies, María Florencia leads complex projects in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and cross-border transactions, with a strategic approach and attention to detail. She specializes in compliance, developing risk assessments and designing and implementing programs tailored to various industries in multicultural and highly regulated environments.

She is member of the Argentine Association of Compliance and Ethics (AAEC) and regularly publishes articles on compliance matters. Spanish (native), English, French, and Portuguese (fluent).

Sol Jure is an Argentinean-qualified lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA). She has solid experience in business and labor law as well as in compliance. She advises local and international companies on the design, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs, combining her legal expertise with a practical and strategic approach.

Her work includes preventing legal and regulatory risks, drafting internal policies, and implementing corporate procedures, contributing to strengthening the culture of compliance within organizations. Spanish (native) and English (fluent).
